One her maiden voyage she was found to be too slow and had engine problems, so she was handed back to the ship builders by her owners. She was renamed Yakima Star by her builders in 1931 and then sold to NDL where she became the Weser in 1934. Extremely light corner wear and extremely light marking to the front.
